Shipping Information

  • We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible.

  • You will receive a Track & Trace code as soon as your order has been processed.

  • The shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Withdrawal Right – 14 Days Reflection Period

In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

To exercise this right:

  1. Submit a return request through our customer service.

  2. Fill out the return form completely.

  3. Send the product back within 14 days after notification to:

Terms and Conditions:

  • Products must be unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The original packing slip and a fully completed return form must be included.

  • Only returns with an approved return request will be accepted.

After correct receipt of the return shipment, the full purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

Exceptions to Returns

The right of withdrawal is excluded for:

  • Sealed products whose seal has been broken.

  • Opened or damaged products, including damaged packaging.

  • Articles whose packaging (such as seal or foil) is broken or missing.

  • Products that are personal in nature.

  • Articles that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

  • Products with limited shelf life or that can spoil quickly.

Return conditions for Outlet products

Non-returnable:
Outlet products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a demonstrable manufacturing defect or transport damage.

Inspection upon receipt:
Check the product immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or defects within 7 days.

Exceptions:
In the case of defective or damaged outlet products, we assess the situation individually and may initiate a return procedure.

Refund:
If the return is approved, the amount will be refunded via the original payment method, minus any shipping costs.

Refund for Non-Pickup or Refusal

If an order is returned to our warehouse because it not picked up at a collection point of not received, then:

  • Do we reimburse exclusively the purchase amount of the products.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundablebecause these have actually been made.
