Submit a withdrawal

Enter your details, your order number and the products you want to withdraw from. You will receive a confirmation by email.

1. ConfirmationYou receive a confirmation of your withdrawal by email.
2. Send itSend the products back within 14 days of your notification, unopened and with the seal intact. The cost of returning them is yours.
3. Store creditAfter we have received and approved your return, we add the amount to your account as store credit within 14 days. If you withdraw from your entire order, you also get the original shipping costs back.

• The 14-day cooling-off period starts on the day after you receive your order.
• You can also withdraw from part of your order.

• For hygiene reasons you cannot withdraw from opened products with a broken seal.
