How to use

Apply the elementrē Illuminating Serum in the morning and evening on a cleansed face. Use a few drops of the serum and gently massage it into the skin with upward movements. Pay extra attention to areas showing signs of fatigue or aging. For optimal results, follow up with your usual moisturizer. Avoid contact with the eyes. In case of contact, rinse thoroughly with water.

We ship all orders with PostNL. Order on a working day before 2 pm and your order is processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been placed, you automatically receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel has been packed and shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with a personal Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow your order.

In the Netherlands, your parcel is usually delivered the next working day. Deliveries to other countries may take longer, and delivery times may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Is 30% vitamine C niet te sterk voor mij?

Het serum is bedoeld voor wie al gewend is aan vitamine C. Ben je nieuw, begin dan met het Brightening Serum (15%) en stap over als je huid dat goed verdraagt.

Wat is het verschil met het Brightening Serum?

Beide bevatten dezelfde drie vormen van vitamine C. Het Illuminating Serum is twee keer zo geconcentreerd: voor wie meer resultaat wil op pigment en een doffe huid, en al aan vitamine C gewend is.

Helpt het tegen pigmentvlekken?

Ja. Vitamine C remt de aanmaak van pigment, waardoor vlekken geleidelijk vervagen en je teint egaler wordt. Gebruik overdag altijd SPF50+, anders komen er net zo snel nieuwe vlekken bij.

Gebruik ik het serum ’s ochtends of ’s avonds?

Allebei kan. Gebruik je ’s avonds retinol, breng de vitamine C dan alleen ’s ochtends aan, onder je SPF50+.

Kan ik het serum onder make-up gebruiken?

Ja, het trekt snel in. Laat het even drogen, breng je crème en SPF aan en daarna je make-up.

Is het normaal dat het serum even prikt?

Een lichte, korte tinteling kan bij vitamine C. Houdt het aan of wordt je huid rood, gebruik het serum dan om de dag tot je huid eraan gewend is.
