Frequently asked questions

How quickly will my order be shipped?

Order on a working day before 3 pm and we ship your parcel the same day. In the Netherlands it usually arrives the next working day; elsewhere in Europe within 2 to 5 working days.

What are the shipping costs?

In the Netherlands €7.95, free from €75. Rates for other countries are on the Shipping and delivery times page.

Can I return my order?

Register unopened products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt using the returns form. You will then receive store credit for the value of your purchase, with no expiry date. The return costs are yours.

Can I still cancel or change my order?

As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation, we can still cancel or change your order. Call +31 85 902 20 80 or email webshop@cosmetique-totale.nl with your order number.

How can I pay?

With iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You pay safely through Shopify's secure checkout.
