Register a return

Fill in the form with your order number and the products you want to return. You will find your order number in your order confirmation.

• Register your return within 14 days of receiving your order.
• The product is unopened, the seal is intact and the packaging undamaged.

• For hygiene reasons we do not accept opened products or products with a broken seal.
• Outlet products cannot be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Received a damaged or wrong product? Then you do not need this form. Email a photo and your order number within 7 days to webshop@cosmetique-totale.nl; the costs are then ours.

1. ConfirmationWithin 1 to 3 working days you will receive our confirmation by email.
2. Send itSend your return within 14 days of registering, with the packing slip or a note with your order number. The shipping costs are yours; keep your proof of postage.
3. Store creditAfter we have received and approved your return, we add the product value to your account as store credit within 14 days.
