Application: Apply to a cleansed face and neck in the evening.

PRECAUTIONS: Do not apply to irritated or damaged skin. Avoid applying around the eye contours. Reduce the frequency of application if discomfort occurs. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Use a sunscreen with SPF 50+ daily during your skincare routine.

How to use

Use the serum 2-3 times a week in the evening and combine it in the morning with a sunscreen with SPF50+ for optimal protection. Build skin tolerance with a lower concentration of retinol at first use.

We ship all orders with PostNL. Order on a working day before 2 pm and your order is processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been placed, you automatically receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel has been packed and shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with a personal Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow your order.

In the Netherlands, your parcel is usually delivered the next working day. Deliveries to other countries may take longer, and delivery times may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Returns

Frequently asked questions

Kan ik direct met 1% retinol beginnen?

Liever niet. Start met het Revitalizing Serum (0,5%) en stap over als je huid dat al een tijd zonder klachten verdraagt. Zo voorkom je onnodige irritatie.

Hoe vaak gebruik ik het serum?

Twee tot drie avonden per week, op een gereinigde huid. Breng daarna een hydraterende crème aan, zoals de Nourishing Cream of de Lifting Cream.

Mag ik het serum ’s ochtends gebruiken?

Nee, alleen ’s avonds. Retinol maakt je huid gevoeliger voor de zon; gebruik daarom elke ochtend SPF50+.

Mag ik dit gebruiken tijdens zwangerschap of borstvoeding?

Tijdens de zwangerschap niet: vermijd dan alle producten met retinol. Geef je borstvoeding, overleg dan eerst met je arts of verloskundige.

Waar breng ik het serum aan?

Op gezicht, hals en decolleté, maar niet rond je ogen. Voor die zone is het Firming Eye Serum met bakuchiol een mildere keuze.

Wanneer zie ik resultaat?

Een gladdere textuur merk je vaak na vier tot zes weken. Voor zichtbaar effect op lijntjes en pigment heb je meestal drie maanden of langer nodig.
