How to use

Apply Essential Moisturizer to a clean, dry face and neck. Gently massage the moisturizer in until it 'melts' into the skin. For best results, cleanse the skin with Barrier Pro 1-Step Cleanser before applying the moisturizer.

Shipping

We ship all orders with PostNL. Order on a working day before 2 pm and your order is processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 pm or at the weekend are processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been placed, you automatically receive an order confirmation by email. As soon as your parcel has been packed and shipped, you receive a shipping confirmation with a personal Track & Trace code, so you can easily follow your order.

In the Netherlands, your parcel is usually delivered the next working day. Deliveries to other countries may take longer, and delivery times may vary during busy periods or public holidays.

Returns

Not happy with your order? No problem. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
